EEC Lincolne Scott has been involved in virtually every Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) corporate real-estate project since 1999.  We undertake audits of developer base building designs to assess the ability of the building to support the bank’s general office, market trading and data centre needs.  We also review local consultant MEP designs to check compliance with the Global Engineering Specification which we prepared.

As a major tenant in a multi-storey building, SCB has specific requirements with respect to base building services.  These include:

          • Emergency power support for critical banking and market trading systems
          • Emergency cooling support for data centres and market trading floors
          • Spatial provisions for critical system risers including UPS, EPS, Data & CHW
          • Spatial provisions for dedicated critical system plant
